1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pkg365 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are provided.
• "Account" means the registered player account created and maintained by a user on the pkg365 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's pkg365 wallet at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a specific pkg365 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pkg365 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required under applicable regulations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the pkg365 platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a pkg365 account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind through pkg365, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process on the pkg365 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional terms that pkg365 may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or game rules, the more specific rule shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion or game only; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a pkg365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkg365 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Creating an account if you are under 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of pkg365 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You may hold only one (1) active pkg365 account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order applied through pkg365's responsible gaming tools or through any applicable gaming authority.

pkg365 reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of address at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkg365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. pkg365 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your pkg365 account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify pkg365 immediately — via live chat or by emailing [email protected] — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pkg365 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

pkg365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent that such loss or damage results directly from pkg365's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkg365 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkg365 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkg365 wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• pkg365 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• pkg365 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. pkg365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be deducted from your Balance before a withdrawal is processed.
• pkg365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where there are grounds for fraud review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkg365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the specific promotional terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on pkg365 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified in the promotional terms. If the requirement is not met within this period, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotional terms.
• pkg365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering to meet requirements without genuine risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus offers, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and slot titles available on pkg365 are governed by specific game rules published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkg365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in the case of a proven technical error attributable to pkg365.
• pkg365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed erroneously, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or markets created as a result of a system error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, pkg365's records shall be the primary point of reference. Where an external governing body's ruling is relevant (for example, a cricket board's decision on a match result), pkg365 may defer to that ruling.
• pkg365 uses internationally certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all casino and slot games. These systems are regularly audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and may vary by game, market, and Player tier. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of bet placement.
• pkg365 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Player at its reasonable discretion, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkg365 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one pkg365 account, including through the use of aliases, false identities, or third-party names.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on pkg365.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards pkg365 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkg365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled activity, and we provide a comprehensive set of tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from all pkg365 gaming services may submit a self-exclusion request via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays periodic in-session notifications showing the Player's session duration and net gaming activity.

pkg365 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all gaming services. If pkg365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. For more information, please refer to our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pkg365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual materials, is the property of pkg365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pkg365.
• You must not use the pkg365 name, logo, or any associated branding without explicit written authorisation from pkg365.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to pkg365 regarding the Platform may be used by pkg365 without restriction or compensation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkg365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• pkg365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkg365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
• pkg365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pkg365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pkg365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or actions of governmental authorities.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkg365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

pkg365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• pkg365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player's account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from pkg365.
• pkg365 is required to close the account by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is terminated for cause, pkg365 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to the pkg365 support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkg365's international gaming licence. pkg365 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by its licencing authority.

Any dispute between pkg365 and a Player that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by pkg365's licencing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkg365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkg365 will notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or phone number.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the pkg365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and should include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. pkg365 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with pkg365's response to a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pkg365's licencing authority, as described in Section 13.
